From Passive Onlookers to Active Players –Project Success Stories gives accounts of citizen actions that are helping to actualize the principles of the constitution of Kenya 2010 in Nakuru County. The accounts are theCEDGG SUCCESS STORIES baby-steps being made by citizens of Nakuru towards constitutionalism that if well nurtured and sustained shall deliver the dream of the Constitution.
Though focused on the last one year, the booklet is a culmination of 2 years of
the project ‘Towards enhanced citizen vigilance in setting up people-centered,
accountable and responsible devolved government structures’ that CEDGG
has been implementing in Nakuru County with support from UNDP’s Civil Society
Democratic Governance Support Facility (Amkeni Wakenya).
