Visit by Mid Sweden University Social work students who are on a visit to Kenya for a practical research project. They visited CEDGG to understand its role in community development.
It was interesting to learn that despite the varied context โthe base is the sameโ there is always the vulnerable and voiceless that need to be empowered.
The visit provided an opportunity for the students to gain firsthand insights into the opportunities and challenges faced by organizations championing for participatory, inclusive and accountable development in Kenya. They engaged with CEDGG staff, discussed various interventions, and explored innovative approaches to social change.
CEDGG is committed to fostering collaborations and knowledge sharing in regards to her mandate. We believe that such interactions contribute to a more informed and engaged community which contributes to sustainable developments.
