CEDGG seeks to hire a suitably qualified and competent consultant to lead in the development of the guidelines through a participatory and inclusive process. The consultant shall conduct a one-day residential Workshop for 30 stakeholders to reflect and share ideas on the practical issues the policy guidelines should speak to and suggest policy actions.
